The Stratford Society is open to supporters who donate a gift of at least $1,564, in honor of the year Shakespeare was born. Stratford Society members serve as key community ambassadors for Kentucky Shakespeare. As a member, you will enjoy exclusive rehearsal previews, premieres, receptions, special events and opportunities for exclusive theatre and theatre-themed travel.

In addition to her prolific legacy with Derby Dinner Playhouse, Bekki Jo Schneider was an integral part of the regional arts landscape including her position as Producing Director of Kentucky Shakespeare Festival. Through her lifelong dedication to education and employing artists, she has employed hundreds, if not thousands, of artists and mentored as many students and young professionals. Kentucky Shakespeare would like you to join us in memorializing our dear Bekki Jo, by supporting two of her passions: Shakespeare and arts education. In 2019 we officially named our summer internship program the Bekki Jo Schneider Intern Company. Make a note with your donation or send an email to designate it to support this program.
